Welcome to the Australian Women’s Natural Body Sculpting Competition (Competition). The Competition is an event in which You are able to compete in different categories as a body sculpting, figure, fitness or bikini competitor.


For Your chance to enter the Competition to share in the prizes on offer, please read the following information carefully:

  1. definitions

App means the app created by the Organiser to be used by each Entrant to monitor their participation in the Competition.

ASADA means the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority.

AWNBS means Australian Women’s Natural Body Sculpting ABN 72 541 795 972.

Category means one of the sanctioned category events of the Competition.

Category Registration Fee means the non-refundable registration fees from $70-160 for a nominated Category of the Competition.  

Competition means the Australian Womens Natural Body Sculpting Competition.

Competition Date means the date of the first day of the Competition.

Competition Fee means the non-refundable registration fee of $160.00 for entering the Competition.

Entrant means the entrant in the Competition.

Forum means any social media platforms used by AWNBS.

Member means a member of the AWNBS.

Member Fee means the non-refundable fee of $150.00 for becoming a member of the AWNBS.

Membership means the membership of Members via online sign up and/or Competitors

Membership Period includes Season A and Season B Events in a 12 month period.

Organiser means the registered owners of the AWNBS.

Social Media Policy means the policy and code of conduct on the Website.

Spectator means any member of the public present at the Competition.

Spectator Fee means any fee set by the AWNBS for spectator entry to the Competition.

State means a State or Territory of Australia.

Venue means the location of the Competition You enter stated on the Website.

WADA means the World Anti-Doping Agency.

Website means the AWNBS website.

Winner means the winner of the top prize of.

You means the Entrant.


  1. acceptance

By entering this Competition You are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If You do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not enter this Competition.

  1. Eligibility
    • Only Members are eligible to enter the Competition.
    • Members are only eligible to enter the Competition if they are over the age of 16 years.
    • Members who are under the age of 18 years at the time of competition MUST obtain parent or guardian permission via our Guarantor Form or their Membership and Registrations are invalid.
    • Members may only enter the Competition in their own name except where an Entrant requires the assistance of a third party due to a disability.
    • Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Competition and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Organiser to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Organiser, be deemed invalid.
    • Members must join a Facebook forum wherein the Organiser can deem an Entrant ineligible despite payment of their Competition Fee.
    • Entry and continued participation in the Competition is dependent upon Entrants following and acting in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    • The Organiser, their agents and employees are ineligible to enter the Competition.
  2. Competition period
    • Entries to the Competition will open 20 weeks prior to the Competition Date and will close at 11pm three days (3 days) prior to the Competition Date.
    • The Competition will run for one day over a designated weekend.
    • To enter, simply sign up online via the Website.


  1. fees and payments
    • By entering the Competition You agree to pay, using a valid credit card (or other form of payment which the Organiser may accept from time to time), the Fees set out on the Website in order to participate in the Competition. These include:
      • Membership Fee of $150;
      • First Registration Fee of $160
      • Additional Division Registration Fee of $70.00 for each respective Division entered into.
    • Continued access to the Competition is subject to the Organiser having first received payment from You. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate Your access to the Competition if payments are not received when due.
    • All our Fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
    • The Fees must be paid when due via the Website.
    • Early bird discounts may be offered via the Website and are strictly administered and adhered to as per the Website sale end date.
    • Upon entering the Competition, the total Fee will be payable immediately upon entering the Competition online.  
    • If You decide to withdraw from the Competition, You may do so at any time with the understanding and agreement that the Fees will not be refunded to You.
    • Upon withdrawing from the Competition, You agree that the Organiser will deactivate Your website account in accordance with the website terms of use available at
    • Spectators can purchase General Admission tickets for the Spectator Fee that is set by the AWNBS at the Competition.
  2. seek advice from Your doctor
    • Prior to commencing the Competition we encourage You to seek the appropriate medical advice or assistance. You are responsible for making such enquiries about Your ability to participate in this competition. You should consult with Your medical professional to ensure You are mindful of Your current health and any restrictions that may be appropriate for You and the Organiser will not be held liable for any injury or health problem that may, or could arise from Your participate in the Competition.
    • You should immediately seek medical attention if there are any unanticipated changes to Your physical condition at any time.
    • Information provided by the Organiser as part of the Competition is not intended to be used as medical advice (as AWNBS is not a medical organisation) and the Competition is not intended to be used to diagnose, cure or prevent any medical condition (including any mental health conditions).
  3. provision of information
    • All information provided by the Organiser is derived from information which the Organiser believes to be accurate and up to date as at the date of publication.
    • Nutritional information provided by the Organiser is provided by consultants or taken from other sources which the Organiser believes to be accurate. Before relying on any nutritional information You should carefully evaluate the relevance of this information for Your purposes, and consider the need to obtain appropriate expert advice relevant to Your individual circumstances.
    • The Organiser’s consultants include qualified dieticians. The nutritional information provided by the consultants is provided for general knowledge and educational purposes only. Our consultants do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment to individual Entrants.
    • The Organiser may update any information at any time, but You acknowledge that the information provided as party of the Competition may not be the most current knowledge.
    • To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser does not make any representations or warranties that any information it provides is reliable, accurate or complete and the Organiser makes no guarantees of any specific result from participation in the Competition or the information provided as part of it, including but not limited to the opinion of judges, coaches and any other personnel. forum information.
    • To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser disclaims liability for any loss arising from any action taken, or reliance by You, on any information or material available through the Competition, the Website, the App or any other medium.
  4. acceptance of risk

You acknowledge that Your participation in the activities of the Competition may involve risks, including risk of personal injury.

The Organiser is not responsible for supervising or monitoring any activities You undertake in order to prepare for the Competition and the Organiser shall not be responsible for any injuries that You may suffer as a result of following the suggested daily exercise routine. Prior to participating in the Competition, You must assess all the risks involved, including risks that may be caused by Your own acts or omissions and Your health condition. By participating in the Competition You do so voluntarily and at Your own risk.

By entering this Competition, You agree that the Organiser’s liability in relation to recreational services (as that term is defined in section 139A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) for any death, physical or mental injury (including aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any such injury), the contraction, aggravation or acceleration of a disease, the coming into existence, aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other condition, circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or state of affairs that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to You or the community, or that may result in harm or disadvantage to You or the community, that may be suffered by You as a result of the supply of recreational services by the Organiser is hereby excluded, save that this limitation of liability does not apply to significant personal injury suffered by You as a result of the Organiser’s reckless conduct in supplying the recreational services.

  1. how to enter the competition

To enter the Competition, the Entrant must:

  • Be eligible to enter into the Competition in accordance with Clause 3 Eligibility of these Terms and Conditions; and
  1. forfeit

In the event that any winners do not claim their prize, or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts are made by the Organiser, the prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded.

  1. refunds

All payments made to the Competition are non-refundable.

If an Entrant withdraws from the Competition or is disqualified from the Competition, they will not receive a refund for any amounts paid.

  1. withdrawal

If at any time during the Competition or the Membership Period, You decide that You do not wish to continue, You must contact the Organiser in writing to notify them of this.

You agree the Organiser has the authority to use Your video and/or any information relating to You on its Website, its social medial accounts and the App regardless of any notice received from You.

  1. intellectual property

You grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable worldwide license (with sublicense and assignment rights) to use, to display online and in any present or future media, to create derivative works of, to allow downloads of, and/or distribution of Your video and all other material that features You and is provided by You to the Organiser at any time.

The Organiser may use the Entrant’s name, biographical details and likeness in connection with the Competition and AWNBS. If an Entrant wins a prize in the Competition, the Organiser may use that Entrant’s name, biographical details and the likeness in any media for an unlimited period of time for the purpose of promoting the Competition and the AWNBS. The Entrants will receive no remuneration and agree to this.


Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Organiser (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (whether under the law of contract, tort or otherwise), for any personal injury, loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of reputation or goodwill, loss of privacy or loss or corruption of information or data); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the AWNBS and the Competition. This includes but is not limited to any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference and any vote in the Competition that is not counted.

This limitation of liability applies even if the Organiser has been expressly advised of potential loss.

  1. social networks/ the forum

The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social network. The Organiser uses social media accounts as part of its platform for running the AWNBS and Competition, which includes accessing images and contacting individual entrants.

To become a Forum member, You agree and covenant to comply with the Social Media Policy on the AWNBS website.

  1. disqualification & cancellation

If an Entrant submits an entry that is not in accordance with the entry requirements at Clause 9 Entry Requirements or otherwise in these terms and conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Entrant.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of votes and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry or voting process or who submits a vote that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Organiser’s discretion.

The Organiser may remove any content without notice for any reason whatsoever. No correspondence will be entered into. For the removal of doubt the Organiser has the right and sole discretion to remove and/or disqualify an Entrant at any stage of the competition for any purpose and/or reason.

If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned due to causes that are possibly beyond the control of the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with any of the processes associated with running the Competition. The Organiser has the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and/or declare the outcome of the Competition.

The Organiser may in their absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions but with different dates. If the Competition is terminated, a refund will be not be given to Entrants but instead there will be no fee applied to any Entrant who wishes to compete in the Competition at a later date.

The Organiser may disqualify any Entrant who does not abide by any policies of ASADA or WADA and/or any statement by the AWNBS that requires compliance by an Entrant.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel Your Membership if You do not abide by these terms and conditions. The Entrant understands and covenants to comply with any directive issued by the AWNBS in relation to Membership without any objection of any kind.

Failure by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  1. Venue terms and conditions

All Entrants, Members and Spectators will adhere to and follow all terms and conditions and safety procedures provided by the Venue including but not limited to respecting Venue property, no vandalism or damaging property of the Venue or risk liability of the cost of cleaning and damages.

Competitors and any AWNBS coaches will follow all AWNBS guidelines on the day in relation to designated areas for preparation on the day of the Competition.

Any Spectator that uses displays inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to inappropriate language, intoxication or drug use, will be removed from the Venue and no refund will be issued. All Spectators must respect the Venue terms and conditions and AWNBS terms and conditions.


  1. Privacy and Your personal information

Personal information provided by an Entrant to the Organiser for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with AWNBS’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at

  1. jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia.

  1. communication and marketing
    • By entering the Competition, the Entrant consents to the receipt of any messages through email, post and social media regarding the Competition, from the Organiser and other communications which informs the Entrant of the Organiser’s other publications, products, services, sponsor’s and events.
    • By entering the Competition, the Entrant consents to join the AWNBS loyalty program and consents to receive marketing material and other messages from the AWNBS through email, post and social media.
  2. indemnity

You agree to indemnify AWNBS to the full extent needed from any and all third party claims, liabilities, costs, expenses including solicitor/client costs on an indemnity basis, that we may incur or suffer as a result of Your improper or illegal use of the Website and/or from Your breach of any of the Terms and Conditions and/or any facilitation or support by You of a third party causing any loss or damage to AWNBS.

You shall indemnify AWNBS from any claim, liability, costs and/or expenses arising from any injury or health problems that could or may arise from Your participation in the Competition.

You are liable for all content posted by You on the Forum.

The Organiser is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings and independent legal and financial advice should be sought in this respect.
