Judges are looking for a high level of muscularity and muscular fullness for our Fit Body Category.  Athletes hands must remain open during your poses to keep the femininity and overall gracefulness of the female body.

            1. Front Double Bicep
            2. Side Chest (any side)
            3. Side Triceps (any side)
            4. Rear Double Bicep
            5. Abdominal and Thigh

We all have a favourite side to our physique so ensure you choose the best side for your side chest and side tricep poses.  However it is always best to practice the poses on both sides as our judging panel may make this request in order view physiques evenly.
